Lent's Organics is a small family run farm. The farm has been in the family for three generations. It started as a dairy farm and corn, oats and hay were grown. In 1998 the farm was certified as organic by Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO) for vegetable and hay production. About five acres are used to grow organic vegetables for market. We sell to our members (see Subscription Farming), at the Wilkes-Barre farmer's market (Thursday during the season), to Wegmans in Wilkes-Barre and to several area restaurants including Par 4 and the Inn at Turkey Hill. | |
